As someone who grew up religious in their youth & then distanced myself from it, I find my artwork heavily influenced by my religious upbringing. Gothic architecture & religious subjects are the focus of my portfolio. I capture both the beauty & disturbing sides of organized religion while discussing the more controversial aspects that have come from it, such as hysteria that evolves into myth. I mostly work with mini-scale pieces, so these large ideas can easily be grasped to fit in the palm of my hand.
